Pre-Construction Planning
Coordinating various aspects, such as budgeting, obtaining permits, and conducting feasibility studies. Monitor the construction activities, manage contracts and procurement, review project documentation, and resolve any issues or disputes that arise. Conduct regular site visits, inspect work quality and safety standards, and provide progress updates to the project team and stakeholders. Ultimately, we ensure that the construction project is completed successfully, on time and within budget.
Project Closeout
A comprehensive review of the project to ensure that all requirements have been met and that all parties are satisfied with the results. We take on the responsibility of ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time, as well as ensuring that all construction elements are finished as per the project requirements. This service helps to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. We also provide detailed documentation of the project, including a final inspection and cost reconciliation.
